From messy process to automated flow, step by step.
Automation only works if it's built around how your business actually runs, not a generic template. Here's the process, from first call to go-live.
Discovery Call
A short, no-commitment call (about 30 minutes) where we ask what's eating your team's time. You don't need to prepare anything. Just show up and describe how things currently work, warts and all.
Process Mapping
We sit down with you or your team to map the process in detail, including the workarounds nobody's written down. This is usually where we find time savings you didn't know were there.
Build & Test
We build the automation on the tools you already use and test it against real data before it ever touches your live operations. You're not the QA team; we are.
Go Live
The workflow goes live with a monitoring period built in. We watch closely for the first stretch, catching anything a test environment couldn't predict.
Ongoing Support
Once it's running, it runs quietly in the background. We check in periodically, and you can reach us any time something changes on your end, whether that's a new tool or a new process.
Three things. That's it.
A point of contact
One person who knows the process and can answer questions as we map it.
Access to the tools involved
We'll tell you exactly what we need, nothing more.
A short review window
During testing, so we can confirm it matches how you actually work.
Timeline: most single workflows go from first call to live in two to four weeks, depending on complexity. Larger, multi-step projects take longer. We'll give you a real estimate after the mapping session, not before.
